Charity Dinner

As you all know my Monday night charity meal evening is approaching fast, so here are the final details you’ve been waiting for. It will be a three course, sit-down meal (including a glass of wine).

Venue: Alba Restaurant
Nearest Tube: Clapham North
Time: 19:00 for 19:30
Cost: £20 per person

The desserts will be home-made by two fantastic bakers (Tash and Pip) so to ensure there is enough of everything for everyone, please choose one of these amazing options:

• Indulgently Rich and Moist Triple Chocolate Brownie filled with Chocolate Chunks
• Deliciously Creamy White Chocolate Honeycomb Cheesecake on a Crunchy Biscuit Base filled Milk Chocolate Honeycomb Crunch

If they don’t get you looking forward to dinner, I don’t know what will! If you could let me know ideally by Sunday, that would be great.

London Walks

I have already started my training, however, starting mid May 2011 I will be planning walks around south and central London in preparation for the mountain climb.

As you might imagine these will be fairly long walks, probably ranging from two to eight hours in length. Depending on walking speed, that could be anywhere from about four to ten miles in distance.

In order to continue to try and meet my fundraising target I would like to invite anyone in the area to come and join me for some of these walks, for a small donation to my cause of course.

I will publish location, date and time details of the walks nearer the time.
